City of Cape Town website temporarily unavailable

The City of Cape Town website (www.capetown.gov.za) will be unavailable for the remainder of the day due to necessary maintenance.

The City apologises for the inconvenience.

Our Information Systems and Technology Department is focusing all efforts on ensuring that the website is back up and running as soon as possible.

Residents can still access some online services at the following link: https://www.capetown.gov.za/Online-services-web1.html which provides access to the City’s e-Services portal and allows residents to still log their service requests online.
